Prashant Rana founded Green-O-Tech India in 2010 as a major step towards fulfilling his dream for converting Waste into Wealth. He is responsible for policy, strategic planning and the overall supervision of all organisation operations. He has been working towards the development and effective waste management systems in Indian Industries. He is the person behind this unique concept of converting WASTE TO WEATH through recycling.
He has over 22 years of experience in the area of driving business process improvement. He has held various key positions such as National Manager and Business Head with noted corporate.
His contribution to motive and get involve people in his green initiative is unforgettable. His initiative, Green-O-Tech India makes them unique in whole Waste Management industry in the World. The “50 Most Impactful Green Leaders- Global Listing 2017” acknowledged Mr. Prashant Rana’s vibrant and proactive role in the Paper and Wood recycling domain.
He is successfully heading Green-O-Tech India with his proficiency and unrivalled expertise. Ms. Jyoti Rana is M. Sc. in Zoology and M. Phil. from Himachal University, having over 14 years of experience in Project Management, Strategy Planning, Manufacturing and Waste Management Sector.
Ms. Jyoti Rana is associated with Green-O-Tech India from the beginning of the company. Her contribution towards the growth of company is outstanding and unforgettable. Under her leadership Green-O-Tech India is awarded with 15 National Awards in different categories.
As General Manager her key role is Communications and Operational Network Development, Customer Relationship Management, Planning and Designing of communications strategy for large scale impact. She was also engaged in crisis management, supporting clients to tackle emergencies.
Amit kumar
Manager Marketing
Amit Kumar is the Manager Marketing of Green-O-Tech India and has extensive experience in the areas of Business Development, Brand Promotion, Planning and Research. His team leading capabilities helps Green-o-Tech India to build a strong team as well as strong channel partner network to develop the business.
His more then 15 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Development helps Green-O-Tech India build a leading brand in Paper Recycling and Eco Bags Manufacturing.
Amit Kumar has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in marketing & IT from the ICBM-School of Business Excellence. His rich experience has helped him in successfully achieving the Client Retention, which has not only increased the clients’ confidence but also generated a lot of new good references.
Anushwa Maxwell
Assistant Manager - CRM
Anushwa Maxwell is Assistant Manager – CRM with Green-O-Tech India and has a good experience in the areas of operations and customer relationship. Anushwa Maxwell has a Master’s Degree from Delhi University. She is responsible for provide sales lead and office coordination activities.
She is managing all crisis management, supporting clients to tackle emergencies. Her skill of managing the clients and team is outstanding, her extremes experience helps Green-O-Tech India to get 100% customer satisfaction.
